This articles contains an explaination of how to colorize text (usernames, server names) in Call of Duty 4.
Color codes
The Call of Duty 4 color codes are very similair to the previous CoD editions.
You can start using a color by pressing '^' followed by a number. When both are entered, the '^' character and the number will disappear and the text you type afterwards will be colorized. Keep in mind that the 2 color characters ('^' and a number) do count in the maximal length of your username for example (which is 16?).
Codes
^0 - black
^1 - red
^2 - green
^3 - yellow
^4 - blue
^5 - turqoise
^6 - purple
^7 - white
^8 - grey
^9 - dark red
Example
^2D^5ae^2v^5iu^2s - Daevius
^8Grey^1fox - Greyfox
Have fun with your colorized names ;)
